I'm pretty sure Rockstar will announce GTA V for pc today. Take-Two has their quarterly earnings thing today, and I think they'll announce it then. 4:30 EST/1:30PST. I've been looking forward to this since September. It's not a release, but it's something!

If they do, I might have to pick it up since there will not be any X1 version and I got rid of the 360.

I'm so damn angry that they aren't releasing it for Xbox One. It makes no sense.

IIRC, GTA IV 's story DLC preceded the PC version. A PC version of GTA V would be great, but I think that if R* does anything today, they would most likely go into more detail about the GTA V story DLC that they'd previously confirmed.

Any new console usually means a new development platform. So Rockstar would effectively have to rewrite a fair chunk to make it work with Xbone.

Plus, only 3 million hve been sold, vs 80+ million 360s. If you're going to have less punters buying your game, why spend the cash porting it?

True, but it's just so depressing. I bought the game, played it a little thinking it would be released on Xbone, got rid of the 360 and got the Xbone.

If GTA online moves to a subscription model, then you can bet it will be available.
